Completed petitions and requests, accompanied by all supporting documents, must be submitted by the first day of classes for that semester for which the petition is filed. Submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted.
Fall 2023
Accepting from June 6, 2023 to August 28, 2023.
Deadline to submit the completed petition and all supporting documents is August 28, 2023 at 4:30pm.
The applicable 12 month period is September 2022 to August 2023.
You must include all required information and documentation for the applicable period.
Winter 2024
Accepting from November 8, 2023 to January 2, 2024.
Deadline to submit the completed petition and all supporting documents is January 2, 2024 at 4:30pm.
The applicable 12 month period is January 2023 to December 2024.

Spring 2024
Accepting from November 8, 2023 to January 24, 2024.
