Cancel Registration
Students who register and later decide not to attend the University must cancel their registration before the first day of classes. See Academic Calendar for cancellation dates.Failure to cancel registration will result in financial obligation to the University even though the student does not attend class.
To cancel registration prior to the first day of classes:
Complete the Cancellation of Registration Form
The Cancellation of Registration form must be received by the Registrar's Office prior to the first day of classes. Since the University can honor only those requests for cancellation which are actually received by the deadline (prior to the first day of classes), requests should be sent by mail to:
